Memorial Guidance & Advice

Arranging a memorial for a loved one can feel overwhelming, especially when trying to make decisions about wording, designs, materials and cemetery regulations.

Our guidance page has been created to help make the process clearer, offering advice and inspiration to help you choose a memorial that feels personal, meaningful and lasting.

Choosing The Right Memorial

We can help guide you with wording ideas and advise on inscription layouts to ensure the memorial remains balanced, readable and respectful.

The Process

We understand that arranging a memorial can feel overwhelming, and we are here to support you throughout.

If possible, we recommend an initial visit to our showroom in Mildenhall, where you can take your time to view materials and discuss your thoughts with our experienced and caring team. If visiting in person isn’t convenient, we can provide a brochure and information pack by email or post.

We will guide you at your own pace, giving you the time and space needed to make the right decisions.

2. Quotation

A clear and detailed quote is prepared for your consideration

3. Design proof

4. Approval & payment

Once you are comfortable with the design and would like us to proceed, we will begin production of the memorial

5. Creation

The memorial is carefully crafted (this can take several weeks or months depending on availability)

6. Installation

Our team installs the memorial in the cemetery of your choice

7. Completion
